Our Mission Statement: Bullet Exterminating Co. is dedicated to providing the safest, most cost effective professional pest control services to homeowners and business owners throughout the Lehigh valley. We are dedicated to obtaining continued education in our field, always looking for cutting edge methodologies that we can bring to you, our respected customers.

Our Business

It has always been our business philosophy to not try and "push" more services onto our customers than they need. We do not stress that you sign a yearly contract with us. In some cases a contractual agreement will, in fact, be the most cost effective, needed way to proceed with your service. We will discuss this with you openly and honestly. As an example, some pest control problems like ants or roaches will respond best and be controlled best by some sort of ongoing service schedule. On the other hand, there are pest problems that are very "situational", like a bee problem, that requires a single elimination service.

It is critical that every home or business be totally inspected before any service is performed. That is the only way to determine what the best course of action to take is. Many companies unfortunately leave this critical part of the service out. WE DO NOT LEAVE IT OUT! We try to determine how and why you have the pest problem that you have and we discuss how you may help eliminate that source of the problem.

Who We Are

The most important aspect of who we are is that we are a smaller, local pest control company. It is quite obvious why this is valuable to you, the customer. Smaller means we have less overhead. We are not running a dozen trucks on the road, nor are we running Regional or National full page yellow page ads. This interprets to being able to bring you very high quality pest control services at a fraction of the cost of the bigger companies. Like many service companies , there is no better quality service that a customer can get when the owner  of the company is actually the service technician that comes to your home or establishment. I, Jerry Hay, the owner of Bullet Exterminating Co. , will be your service technician most of the time. I have two part time technicians  that work in the after hours as well as the weekends and both are personal friends of mine that are with me in this company for years.

 When you contract with Bullet Exterminating Co. you are getting a very personal service. I know many companies state that they care about their customers. Perhaps some of those companies do care. I personally promise you that I do care about your home being free of all pests.
